Your very first step is speaking with an experienced remodeling specialist who understands style, respects budget, and knows how to navigate the remodeling process.
Our first meeting is complimentary- it helps us understand your goals, and the characteristics of your space.
During this meeting we will share with your our experiences with the current trends, material selections and important project considerations like budgeting and construction planning.
REFINE
With the initial plans in place, we will finalize the Home Improvement Agreement and record every detail: design finishes, material selection and construction requirements.
You will meet your Project Manager and talk about what's to come during an onsite project review.
DESIGN
During design, we measure and begin designing floor plans of your space.
We will provide 2-3 different concepts, in a combination of sketches, 3D design and elevation, where applicable.
We will begin to define budgeting scenarios and begin selecting materials for the space from one of the showrooms we collaborate with.
BUILD
A comprehensive, fixed-cost agreement is finalized to initiate the permitting and pre-construction activities at your home.
Your project Manager will communicate with you regularly, keeping you informed about the progress of the remodel.
A final walk- through, will help capture any outstanding details.
